Accommodations and prerequisites

Booking questions

Yes. Cisco’s CCNA FAQ lists three routes: online through Cisco’s certification tracking portal, by phone with Pearson VUE, or at a Pearson VUE test center where available.

How far ahead should I book a CCNA seat?

Early, if the date matters. Cisco’s US and Canada window opens six weeks before the exam (Cisco CCNA FAQ), and a particular test center on a particular day can fill well before then.

Can I reschedule or cancel after booking?

Cisco’s Certification Tracking System is where you schedule, reschedule and cancel exams (Cisco exams overview). Check the deadlines shown on your booking before changing it.
