Where each question goes
- Booking, moving or canceling an exam appointment
- Cisco and its test vendor, Pearson VUE, through Cisco’s CCNA certification page. The booking window and each step are laid out in our registration walkthrough.
- Exam rules: ID, age, retakes, confidentiality
- Cisco’s exam policies page. The retake wait in particular is summarized, with its source, on the CCNA retake policy page.
- Your score report or certification record
- Cisco only. Offset Zero works apart from Cisco and cannot see or change any candidate’s records.
- Recertification credits and deadlines
- Cisco’s recertification policy; the three routes are set out on our CCNA renewal page.
- A frame, a note or a fact on this site
- Our editors, through the revision routine described below.
How corrections reach these pages
Every page prints the date it was last reviewed under its heading, and every fee, date or rule names the Cisco page it came from and the day it was read. A figure here is only as current as that date: if Cisco has changed a fee or a rule since, follow the Cisco page.
Every practice frame was solved blind, without its key, and only then compared with the key; every disagreement was settled against the source before publication. Pages are rechecked against Cisco’s sources at each revision, and a full pass over the study-area pages is planned for the switch described on the CCNA version page.
If a correction channel opens, its address will be printed on this page. About Offset Zero covers who writes the site and how sources are chosen, and the privacy policy lists the single log the site keeps.
